- 03Tipping a massage therapist is completely up to you! In some settings, like spas or wellness centres, tipping is common. However, in private practices (like mine), tipping is always appreciated but never required or expected. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and valued as a client. Booking regular sessions, and sharing your positive experience with others are also wonderful ways to show your support. The most supportive thing you can do for me if you prefer not to tip, is leaving a review on Google. That really helps my business grow and would be greatly appreciated.

- 05Good question. Think of it this way: how much is it worth to finally ditch that stress you’ve been carrying around or finally get rid of those aches and pains? It kind of affects your everyday life- not just physically but mentally too. You do want to feel better, right? Most of my clients find that the relief they experience far outweighs the cost. Plus, if you’ve got insurance, you might get reimbursed. Win-win.
