GST is not included in listed prices

I use the techniques that best support your session, including cupping or other therapeutic approaches, at no additional charge.

To keep things straightforward, all treatments are priced the same, even specialized therapies like Manual Lymph Drainage, Thai Massage, Reiki or Perinatal Massage.

Many extended health benefit plans include Massage Therapy coverage. Feel free to check your plan details. I'm happy to direct bill when available.

Cash, cheque, and e-transfer are accepted as payment. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and late cancellations (including those due to illness) may be charged the full session fee. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to send someone in your place for the scheduled session. If you're unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. If I ever need to cancel your session on short notice, I'll offer a complimentary session at your next visit.

Just a heads-up: I don't send appointment reminders, so be sure to add your appointment to your calendar right when you book.

Treatment time includes any intake discussion, hands-on treatment, and time for self-care recommendations if needed.

For first-time clients, a 75-minute appointment is recommended to allow extra time for completing a case history and ensuring a thorough, comfortable session.

Outcall sessions are available for homes and care settings, with a $55 outcall fee. You'll find full details in the FAQ under "Do you do outcalls?"
