MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE & COMBINED DECONGESTIVE THERAPY
Gentle, specialized care to support your lymphatic system and overall wellbeing
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic therapy designed to support the healthy movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. It uses light, precise techniques to encourage drainage, reduce congestion, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
I am Vodder-certified in Manual Lymph Drainage, the gold-standard training in lymphatic therapy. This approach is widely used to support people living with lymphedema, those recovering from cancer treatment or surgery, and individuals seeking gentle, whole-body support.
